Gesellschaftliche Transformation und politische Steuerung in Lateinamerika und Europa

Auf der einen Seite unterstreicht die multiple Krise des Neoliberalismus und des Kapitalismus - und insbesondere ihre sozio-ökologischen Dynamiken - den Nachweis für einen notwendigen und grundlegenden Transformationsprozess. Auf der anderen Seite zeigen jüngste Erfahrungen in einigen lateinamerikanischen Ländern dass Fragen der tatsächlichen  gesellschaftlichen Transformationsprozesse auf die historische Weltagenda ausgeweitet werden. Wir können hier aber auch die Probleme solcher Transformationsprozesse sehen, z.B. dass eine progressive distributionale Politik weiterhin von Extraktivismus abhängt. Die Geschichte ist voll von solchen Erfahrungen und es ist wichtig, ihre Fortschritte und Probleme zu verstehen.

Allerdings bleibt die Frage, wie solche Transformationen gefördert und ihnen Beständigkeit gegeben werden kann. Diese Frage ist - entscheidend aber nicht ausschließlich - mit der Frage der politische Steuerung oder Transition verbunden, z.b. mit der internationalen Dimension der genannten Transformationsprozesse.
